Two weeks back,I went to Patna,and from there to Madhupur. It was a long awaited visit. I was very happy to visit the place of my childhood memories. A free camp for patients with neurological problems was organised by Rotary club, Madhupur.

Stem cell therapy in Spinal cord injury

In the begining,of this month, I performed my first- stem cell therapy in an Iraqi patient,who sustained bullet injury 4 yrs back.We have to wait for the result.This is the last option for him.May,God bless him!

Auditory brainstem implant-surgery

On 14th and 15th of sept,2010; I performed surgery along with Dr behr,from Germany; and Prominent ENT surgeon-Dr Hans,at BLK hosp,New Delhi.This surgery was for kids, who were not able to hear since birth- congenital defect.We implanted a chip in the brain stem,directly over the cochlear nucleus,where sound is processed.This surgery was sucessful,and kids are doing fine.This is one of the rare surgeries, in INDIA.
